Well we were pretty much ready for the June VHF contest.
.
We had a few equipment problems, as usual. Don't think there has ever been a year we didn't
have at least one equipment failure. This year it was our 6M rotor. It stopped working
early in the contest. Since we never got the tower up for the big 6M beam it was up on a fork lift.
So we turned both antennas with ropes. Worked well enough to work over 800 Qs and some 238 grids on 6M.
You can see our grid map and rates elsewhere on this web site.
