A look at some of our antenna farm
.
For the June 2008 VHF contest we put up a temporary 9el M2 6M yagi.
.
Our high gain omni 2M antenna.
Since this picture was taken we've added a mast mounted preamp.
.
A recent addition to the VHF stations is this high gain omni 222 MHz antenna.
A mast mounted preamp is on order for this antenna.

An older picture of the antennas at the barn. Taken 15 Aug 2005.
From the left: 222 MHz, 40M (dipole to guyed pole in foreground), 144 MHz, 1296 MHz, 432 MHz,
900 MHz (top), old 1296 MHz antenna (will be 2304 MHz soon), current 2304 MHz (will be 10 GHz antenna there soon),
bottom rotatable dish is 3 and 5 GHz, at the bottom of the tower is a dish for my internet feed (added last month),
222 MHz vertical (above a TV antenna), new 6 M 4 el yagi, and the 6 M 6 el yagi.
.
Our new 2 Meter antenna.
During the January ARRL VHF Contest the winds destroyed the upper antenna in our 2M stack.
So Lou, N9KC and I took down the stack and replaced it with one antenna with more gain than the pair of 17B2s had.
The new antenna is an M2 2M8WLHD 21 element Yagi with 17dBd gain. The boom is 55 feet long.
I'd have been worried about the pattern of the antenna if we didn't have the omni stack.
When I ordered this antenna I thought it was going up on a taller tower but that'll have to come later.
.
Where is the 2 M horizontal omni hiding? At the far right amidst the Beverages...
